***Due to Covid-19, shipping can be delayed up to a minimum of 4 business days for order arrival. After order submission, no cancellations, edits, or modifications can be made.

* Shipping can vary between 3 to 12 days depending on your shipping rate and carrier of choice. Please be patient as we try to get your package to you as quickly as we can.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping addresses will be processed. If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned to us. If Beyond The Curls reships your order, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Inaccurate or Missing Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate shipping addresses. Once your order is placed, we cannot update your address. We have a system that helps you confirm the proper shipping address. If for some reason your shipping address is still not correct and your item is returned to our distribution center please email sales@beyondthecurls.co. If Beyond The Curls reships your order, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Beyond The Curls, LLC is a USA-based company and is not responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties, or any additional fees charged by local economies. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Beyond The Curls is not responsible for Country Import fees or any delays due to customs.
