Refund policy
RETURNS:
We at Beyond The Curls are forever grateful for your support! Due to the nature of our products and the risk of contamination for hygienic reasons, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We ask that you pick which products you want carefully and the correct shipping information you'd like as well. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ❌. If there is an issue with your order, we would need proof of the error to handle the issue. If there isn't proof, we cannot proceed with the issue.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If any damage occurred to your product, please send a photo of the package and damaged item(s) within 7 days and we will gladly mail your replacement item(s).
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be contacted via email or phone for address verification. If we do not receive a response within 5 days, we assume you do not want the order anymore and will forfeit the order. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be an additional shipping fee due prior to shipping.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGE:
If your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
CANCELLATIONS:
Before submitting your order, please check to make sure it is correct. Please notify us within 24 hours after you make your purchase if you have the incorrect shipping, billing, etc. After 24 hours, your order will start processing so we will not be able to change. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ❌.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are only issued if a product arrives damaged and you don't wish to have a replacement sent out.
